TUSA PARTS SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING:
Due to certain restrictions Tabata USA only ships TUSA Parts products within the 50 United States. (International customers please contact your regional distributor or visit http://www.tabata.jp to locate a regional distributor.) Shipments can only be delivered to standard mailing addresses, P.O. Boxes are not accepted. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order. You will be notified by email when the order has been processed and shipped. The email will include the US Postal tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment online. Your credit card is not charged until your order is shipped.

US POSTAL ECONOMY GROUND
Standard orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Expected delivery of your order is approximately 4-8 business days after it was placed.

US POSTAL PRIORITY MAIL
PRIORITY MAIL orders will be processed in 1-2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays. Customers can expect delivery 3-4 business days after the order is placed. Signature required upon delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with the merchandise you have purchased online, you have the option to return the item(s). You have 30 days from the receipt of the online shipment to return any item for credit or exchange, provided the merchandise is unused and in original packaging and condition.

A copy of your original email order confirmation or your Packing List must be included in the box with the returned merchandise. Please indicate clearly what item(s) are being returned and whether you would like credit or an exchange of a different size &/or color.

Please send your package via traceable and insured method to help ensure a safe documented delivery. Make certain that your name, address and phone number is included. Return shipping expense is not refundable.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your exchange or credit to be processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

No returns/exchanges will be accepted without a RMA #, please call 800-482-2282 or 562-498-3708.

Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same or equivalent model only.

Please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.

Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
